At the same time, Zhejiang Unicom Hangzhou Branch has also creatively built systems such as "Digital Intelligence Station" and "Digital Intelligence Patrol", which provide a foundation for the accurate supervision of big data and provide a strong guarantee for promoting the building of a clean and honest party style and the fight against corruption. The "Digital Intelligence Station" system was also recommended by the Central Inspection Work Leading Group Office as the promotion and demonstration project of the "National Inspection Information Construction Promotion Meeting".

"Unicom Cloud" empowers rural revitalization

The tide of digital reform in Zhejiang is surging forward. As an important base for building new digital infrastructure, cloud computing has become an important driving force.

As a new generation of trusted digital intelligence cloud platform, "Unicom Cloud" integrates new generation information technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain and network security, and relies on new base, new PaaS and new cloud tube to form a differentiated computing power with "security and credibility, cloud and network integration, exclusive customization and cloudy collaboration", which can meet the diversified scene needs of customers.

　

　

In Yiwu, based on Unicom cloud computing, big data platform integration technology and cloud networking capabilities, a cloudy service platform of Yiwu International Trade City with "Unicom Cloud" as the core was built, which provided digital bases for 75,000 shops and 200,000 business households in Yiwu small commodity market, connected 2 million small and medium-sized enterprises and 38 million buyers around the world, and effectively helped the "Belt and Road Initiative".

　

In Xianju, "Unicom Cloud" constantly empowers rural and community education to be digital and intelligent. By building a proprietary cloud platform, building a shared intelligent digital center, integrating the resources of "learning in Zhejiang" and building a digital learning area of "Xianxuehui", the barriers to the circulation of teaching resources have been broken, and the scattered situation of local educational resources has been effectively solved.

As one of the operators, Zhejiang Unicom’s "Clothing Industry Brain" platform was fully operational in Haishu District of Ningbo on March 2. The platform helps enterprises to accurately connect the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain through big data, and realizes the system reconstruction from "production and sales" to "sales and production". At present, the "brain of clothing industry" has gathered more than 80 applications and more than 50 ecological partners, laying a solid foundation for digital transformation in industrial transformation.

All along, Zhejiang Unicom has always resonated with the provincial party Committee and government at the same frequency, exerted its strength in the same direction, and moved forward simultaneously. In the field of digital government, Zhejiang Unicom undertook the major reform work of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and the Provincial Department of Water Resources, and completed the construction of an application platform for comprehensive collaborative management of ecological environment in Zhejiang Province, which is one of the 12 key tasks of digital government.

In the field of digital economy, Zhejiang Unicom, as the only operator who really participated in the formulation of the provincial government’s "guidelines for future factory construction", led the pilot projects of 21 leading enterprises in the future factory, accounting for 34% of the pilot projects in the province.

In the field of digital society, Zhejiang Unicom has successfully built several provincial-level best practices of comprehensive future communities, and is implementing 6 comprehensive future communities, leading 18 future communities, accounting for 34.3% of the pilot communities in the province. At the same time, it has also built a platform of "one network for unified management and one network for overall intellectual governance" that integrates normal operation and emergency management, and used digital means to incite global changes in various fields and explore the construction of a high-level overall intellectual governance system with global coverage.
