The Ministry of Justice promotes "cross-provincial" and "one-network" for high-frequency notarization, and eliminates circular and unnecessary proofs.

CCTV News:The State Council Office held a policy briefing yesterday (May 27th), and the relevant person in charge said that the notarization service should be optimized from the aspects of standardizing and streamlining notarization certification materials and accelerating data sharing. By 2025, more notarization matters will be "run across provinces" and "run through the whole network", and the problems of difficulty, annoyance and slowness in notarization will be effectively solved.

According to reports, there are currently 2,942 notary offices and 13,620 notaries in China, and more than 13 million notarization cases are handled every year. At the same time, there are also some problems that make people feel difficult, annoying and slow in the process of handling notarization matters, mainly including some notarization institutions asking the people to issue certificates repeatedly in order to reduce their responsibilities of investigation and verification, and even alienating notarization into "replacing certificates with certificates" and "sitting in class to apply for certificates". In this regard, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Justice said that unnecessary certification materials will be thoroughly cleaned up. Any certification materials that can be proved by personal valid licenses and verified by information sharing between departments shall not be provided by the parties repeatedly, so as to prevent circular certification and unnecessary certification.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice will continue to promote the "inter-provincial" and "one network" of high-frequency notarization matters. Commonly used data and information, such as basic information of population, marital status, adoption, real estate registration, real estate development, housing transactions, provident fund, enterprise registration, etc., can be obtained through the sharing of government information resources, and the parties concerned can no longer provide them.
