1. You can complain to China Consumer Network through computers and mobile phones.
2. Complain by computer: Make sure that you choose China Consumer Network (www.ccn.com.cn), open the home page, and the second icon located on the right side of the top bar from the website map can directly enter the complaint acceptance page. You can also click "Complaint Consultation" in the right column of the home page to enter the complaint home page, and select "Online Complaint" to enter the complaint acceptance page.
3. Complaint through mobile terminal (mobile phone): Please enter www.ccn.com.cn in the mobile browser and log in to China Consumer Network, click "Complaint Consultation" to enter the first page of complaint, and then click the "Online Complaint" button to enter the complaint acceptance page.
4. Read "Complaints Must Read" carefully.
5. What should I pay attention to when filling in the complaint information? Personal telephone number should be true, the information of the object of complaint should be detailed, and the whole process of complaint and the complaint request should be described in detail. Please fill in all the items marked with an asterisk in the complaint acceptance page (if it is really impossible to fill in the contents, any letters can be used instead). The content must be objective and true, and the facts shall not be fabricated or distorted, and the reputation of the complained enterprise shall not be intentionally damaged, or even the object of complaint shall be maliciously slandered. If it is online shopping, it is necessary to indicate the platform and store name (the specific website can be attached), and the order number. If the product itself has a serial number, it should also be clearly indicated. If you have any relevant picture evidence, please submit it by uploading it on the webpage. (Note: If there are many complaints, please write them clearly on the document before copying and pasting them on the complaint page, so as to avoid the failure to submit the complaint information because the page has been opened for too long.).
6. Submit a complaint. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. When a dialog box with the words "Submitted Successfully" appears in the middle of the page, it means that your complaint has been submitted successfully, and please remember the complaint code to facilitate the inquiry of the processing status.

Contact number and e-mail address are important ways for the website to contact you. Please fill in the real and commonly used contact number and e-mail address when you complain, so that the website can verify the relevant information with you in time.
Third, how to check the complaint handling status
Enter the complaint code in the complaint progress column on the right side of the complaint homepage to query the current status of the complaint.
